Frank,

I'm sure which database you are referring to.  The Territorial Kansas Online database is a free database from the Kansas Historical Society and is working fine as far as I can tell.  The Territorial Kanzas Newspapers is only a listing of those microfilms we have in our collection and it is not full-text but only on microfilm.  The microfilm are also available from the Kansas Historical Society but very few are full-text online.
